RULES AND CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION ENTRY
1. Entrants must provide name, home address, email address and age of child.
Kidsmusicshop will not sell, pass on or use these details for any purpose other than notifying the entrant of special offers from kidsmusicshop from time to time.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3. The competition is open to UK residents only.
4. Only email entries used within the competition section will be accepted.
5. The closing date is as shown on the appropriate page of the website and entries received after this date cannot be accepted.
6. Kidsmusicshop cannot accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received, and
the competition winner(s) will be contacted by email.
8. Prize(s) must be taken as stated, cannot be deferred and no cash alternatives will be given.
9. Players must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to
be eligible for the prize(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or
entries made fraudulently.
10. This competition is not open to employees of Kidsmusicshop, CRS records, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the same, or their direct family members.
11. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Kidsmusicshop reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
13. The competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be
bound by them when entering this competition.
14. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
